We do full care at $230.00 per month-stalls cleaned included every other day, pasture turn outs and two feedings per day. You can choose to have partial care at $195.00 per month and the care is the same except you clean your own stall.

If you wish your horse to be turned out everyday (instead of every other day), add $25.00 per month.

Nearby trails are easily accessible and there is an inside arena, 40 x 60 ft and an outside arena 60 x 100 ft.

We have a Vet Clinic every 3 to 4 months here at the barn. If you choose to participate, then we let the Vet know which horse needs what vaccine or wormer so it is done by a professional. We keep a record of the recommended shots for each horse which includes West Nile Virus.  This assures that we all have as healthy a barn as is possible for your horse.

Helpful, caring and knowledgeable barn managers are on site.

Stalls are 10 x 12 with one oversized “foaling stall” 12 x 16.

All stalls are rubber matted.

A hot water wash rack.

All stalls have automatic, self-clean waterers.

Pastures are never over grazed and are always green.

Fenced and cross fenced with horse safe fencing.

Individual feeding arrangements may be ordered for each horse. Farm feeds grass hay and dry cob, salt is provided.  Suppliments and alfalfa may be purchased by owner and we will feed per instructions.

Easy access and close to everything. 10 mins. to Gresham and shopping.  25 minutes to downtown Portland via 1-84.
